Merindah started PerSec with the hopes of filling a hole that she saw in the market. She saw that many small businesses needed help and wanted someone to be available full-time who perhaps weren’t ready or didn’t have enough work to employ someone in that capacity. Since then, PerSec has continued to thrive as a trusted Australian brand, boasting an impressive array of extremely happy, loyal clients.
Merindah has 10+ years’ experience in customer service, HR and administration. Originally from Perth and with international experience working in challenging, fast-paced roles across London, she now resides on the beautiful Gold Coast with her two chihuahuas.
